HafenCity, here we come!

Be prepared for a fascinating site visit on Friday, 18 November! The tour will take you to HafenCity, Europe's largest inner-city development project. Located in the centre of Hamburg, it covers an area of 157 ha and expands the city footprint by 40%. This is a blueprint for successful integrated and sustainable urban development. Come and see it firsthand! The IIBCC site visit will provide insights into the urban spaces in the HafenCity (completed, currently under construction, and planned for the future) and include guided tours to prominent buildings that feature fiber cement boards in their façade architecture.
