The submission of abstracts for the technical programme of the IIBCC Conference is open until 31st March 2024. We have already received a good number of contributions from around the globe and invite prospective authors to submit their contributions before this deadline. Templates and further instructions are available for download here.

Speakers in the technical sessions of IIBCC 2024 (20-21 November 2024) will receive a special 25% discount on the registration fee.

Conference programme and site visit
|
|
The 4-day programme includes the Supplier’s Day, during which the event sponsors and exhibitors present the latest developments in material and production technology, a 2-day technical conference featuring all accepted peer-reviewed abstracts and papers, as well as a site visit to technical and cultural places of interest in Colombo. The anticipated schedule for the site visit includes inspections of construction sites featuring fibre-reinforced cementitious products, cultural highlights such as monuments and temples, a tour of the Port City – a city development project that includes the construction of a large new urban environment on reclaimed land in the Indian Ocean – and a visit to the Lotus Tower - the tallest self-supported structure in South Asia, offering breathtaking views over Colombo and the ocean.
