Standard Exhibitor – $7’500.00 (USD)
- Exhibition stand (standard size – 3 x 3 m)
- Company logo displayed on our website including a link to your company website
- Presentation by a company representative during Industry Spotlight Sessions (15 minutes)
- Company marketing material for the conference bag (to be supplied by the exhibitor)
- Free admission of two (2) delegates to the conference incl. Gala Dinner; additional Gala Dinner tickets for partners/guests can be purchased for $100 (USD) per person
XL Exhibitor – $13’500.00 (USD)
- Exhibition stand (two standard size stands joined – 6 x 3 m)
- Company logo displayed on our website including a link to your company website
- Presentation by a company representative during Industry Spotlight Sessions (15 minutes)
- Company marketing material for the conference bag (to be supplied by the exhibitor)
- A company representative has the possibility to speak at the Gala Dinner
- Free admission of three (3) delegates to the conference incl. Gala Dinner; additional Gala Dinner tickets for partners/guests can be purchased for $100 (USD) per person

Important Notes
Cancellation Policy
Refunds on cancellations for exhibition booths are subject to a deduction.
The deduction shall be 50% of the exhibition fee paid if the cancellation request is received (via email) before 01 September 2026. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after 01 September 2026.
