Important notes
Cancellation Policy
Refunds on cancellations are subject to a deduction to cover administration costs and bank charges.
The deduction shall be 20% of the registration fee paid if the cancellation request is received (via email) before 01 September 2026. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after 01 September 2026, but in the event of a previously registered delegate being unable to attend the event for whatever reason, it will be acceptable to have another person attending in their place.
